Tavaya yeteri miktarda siviyag koyup biraz kızdırın. Patlicanlarin her iki tarafinida kizartin.<br />
20x20cm lik borcama kizaran parlicanlari yerleştirin.<br />
Üzerine yuvarlak ve ince dogranmis 2 dis sarmisağı yayın .<br />
Ayrı bir tavaya biraz siviyag koyup kiymayi ve ufak dogradiginiz soğanı kavurun.<br />
2 dis sarmisagi ve maydonozu ince ince dograyip kıymaya ilave edin. Tuzunu karabiberini atın. Salcayida ekleyip biraz kavurun ve icine biraz sıcak su katın. Ne kuru nede sulu olmasin. Kiyma iyice pistikten sonra borcamdaki patlicanlarin üzerine dokun ve kasikla her tarafına yayın. Üzerine dilimlenmis biber ve domatesi de yerleştirdikten sonra kenarından biraz kaynar su ilave edin. Suyu direk kiymanin üzerine dökmeyin dağılmasın. 220 * lik onceden isitilmis fırına verin 15-20 dk kadar pişsin .<br />
Yapılışı çok kolay ,pratik ve lezzetli bir yemek.<br />

Patatesleri yıkayıp kabuklarını soyun, tekrar iyice yıkayın.<br />
Uzunlamasina Ortadan ikiye kesin. Tekrar ikiye kesin ve dograyin. Çok ufak olmasın .<br />
Tencereye biraz siviyag koyun patatesleri hafif çevirin.<br />
Biberleri yikayin uzunlamasina kesin çekirdeklerini çıkartın ve dograyip tencereye ilave edin. Tencerenin kapagini kapatin . Patateslerle biraz kavrulsun. Domateslerin kabuklarını soyun dograyip tencereye ilave edin. Tereyagini Tuzunu karabiberinide atın biraz daha kavrulsun. Kavrulma süreleri çok az olmalı. Salçayıda ekleyin bir iki çevirin. Bulguru ilave edin ateste biraz karistirarak kavurun,uzerine hemen sıcak suyu ekleyin. Pişmeye bırakın . Hafif sulu pilav olması gerekiyor. Pismesini kontrol edin gerekirse çok az sıcak su ilave edin.dibine tutmasın.<br />
Tencerenin agzi kapali ve orta ateste pisirin.<br />
